Who Are We????
We are a group of highly experienced therapeutic massage professionals conveniently located in Albany, New York, in the Pine Hills neighborhood. We first opened our doors back in 1999, and have been serving our community for over 25 years! Our mission is to continue to provide the Capital District with the latest in clinically proven therapies to aid in the treatment of muscular tension and pain, assist in the recovery and prevention of athletic injury, help alleviate prenatal discomfort, and to provide general relaxation and stress relief to our community! We aim to accomplish this by maintaining a dynamic staff of highly trained New York State Licensed Massage Therapists and other healthcare and fitness professionals. We have recently moved into a big, beautiful office located at the corner of North Allen and Western Avenue, where Madison and Western merge. We are right next door to the Pine Hills Library. Our fun and talented team of bodyworkers are regularly learning about new treatments via continuing education, and we are frequently expanding our service list to include the latest and most effective massage modality options so that we may better serve our growing client base. We offer a variety of services which can be explored on our services page and we will be adding several more very soon!
